Products I Need To Use More
Monday, May 23, 2016
There is so many products I own that I think I would love to use more, so today I am going to round them all up and share them with you!
Benefit's Benetint - Benetint is a product I always forget about because usually I will be wearing a lip balm or lipstick rather than a tint. Benetint gives a lovely pinky-red tint to the lips and it doesn't feel like you are wearing any product!
No.7 Smoothing Eye Shadow - My No.7 cream eyeshadow stick in the shade Pretty Pink is a gorgeous unique product, yet I don't tend to reach for it when I do my eye makeup. It's a beautiful base that needs more wear out of!
Zoella Beauty Body Scrub - Body scrubs are always something I forget to use and I really want to use my Zoella one more! It smells so lovely and fruity, perfect for the summer and since I've only used it a few times, it definitely needs more use from me!
No.7 Illuminating Beauty Fluid - I raved about this highlighter in February, but since then I seem to have suddenly stopped using it. This is because Benefit's High Beam has now become my go-to highlight so I forget to use my no.7 one!
Jack Wills Lip Balms - Because I love my Baby Lips lip balms so much, I always forget about all the many other lip balms I own, especially my Jack Wills ones! I think I don't use these as much because they are in a pot, but I still like using them when I do so they are definitely something I want to use more.
Soap and Glory's The Righteous Butter - Like a body scrub, I always seem to forget to use a body butter after my shower. When I do remember, The Righteous Butter is my favourite because it smells amazing and matches my Clean On Me shower gel which I use daily. I really need to remind myself to use this more often!

Top 10 Drugstore Products | Collab with Holly Bundle
Sunday, May 15, 2016
Today's post is a collab with the lovely Holly Bundle. I love her blog so much so you should definitely all check it out! Today we ae going to be sharing with you our top 10 drugstore products! I love the drugstore because their products are so affordable but can be amazing quality too! Here's 10 of my favourites:
Maybelline Nudes Palettes
I talk about these palettes so much on my blog, which just shows how good they are! For only £10 they are definitely my favourite drugstore eyeshadows and I highly recommend them.
Soap and Glory Clean On Me Shower Gel
Not only is Clean On Me the nicest smelling shower gel ever, it also feels super creamy and moisturising due to the fact it has a built in body lotion too. It's sold at Boots for £6.50 but the bottle lasts for ages so it's defintitely worth it.
L'Oreal Touche Magique Concealer
This is my favourite concealer at the moment because I love the consistency and my shade suits my skin tone perfectly. I also love the sleek packaging.
Bourjois Blush Pots
Bourjois' blush pots are so cute, and have been loving the one I own in the shade Rose De Jaspe a lot recently. I would love to get more of these because the shade range looks amazing and their packaging looks so pretty.
Maybelline Brow Drama
Maybelline's Brow Drama brow mascara is an everyday staple for me. I use it everyday and at only £4.99, it's definitely worth trying yourself.
Rimmel Stay Matte Powder
Another drugstore everyday essential of mine is the Stay Matte powder from Rimmel. This is perfect for mattifying your face and keeping your makeup on all day. It also lasts a really long time - I've only just hit pan and I've owned it for what seems like forever, and it's very inexpensive.
Zoella Beauty Sprays
I have owned the majority of the Zoella beauty products and I think the sprays are the product most worth purchasing if you've never tried any of her range. They are £8 each and available in 2 fragrances - Blissful Mistful and Let's Spritz. They smell amazing and I will be wearing Let's Spritz a lot during the summer.
No.7 Mascara
My only waterproof mascara I currently own is the No.7 dramatic volume mascara. Although I haven't tried lots of drugstore mascaras, I really like No.7's and they are certainly worth trying.
Rimmel Nude Lipsticks
Rimmel have a really wide range of lipstick shades, and my favourites are from their nude collection, in the shades 43 and 45. I reviewed them both on my blog a while back, and although I don't like them as much as my beloved MAC lipsticks, they are still pretty amazing for drugstore.
Maybelline Baby Lips
These are my favourite lip balms ever! If you haven't tried them already, you are missing out because Baby Lips are so moisturising and have such lovely packaging! They are so easy to apply throughout the day and I have to take one with me everywhere I go.
Make sure you go and check out Holly's post now! I would love to hear what your favourite drugstore products are in the comments!

Starlight Blogger Award
Thursday, May 12, 2016
I was recently tagged by Megan of Booksandbeautyx to do the Starlight Blogger Award. This is a tag where you answer 3 questions from the previous blogger, then nominate 6 more bloggers and set 3 questions for them. I really love Megan's blog so thank you so much for nominating me!
What’s one thing you want to achieve by the end of this summer?
I'm not really sure one thing I would like to achieve, but I know I want to do well in my chemistry GCSE. In year 10, I do the chemistry GSCE this year and I will recieve my result at the end of this summer, so I would like to achieve a good grade in that.
What would your idea of a ‘perfect day’ include?
From experience, I would say my perfect day is going shopping, then going to one of my favourite restaurants such as Nando's and then finishing the day with a concert. This is what I did when I've met The Vamps, and meeting them made the day even more perfect!
If you could only buy from one makeup brand for the rest of your life, what would it be and why?
This is such a hard question! Maybe MAC because I really love that brand, however Maybelline is my favourite drugstore brand and because their products are so affordable maybe I would go for them. I would really miss Benefit too though!
I nominate:
GraceXKate
Holly Bundle
Ailish Elizabeth
Your Questions:
If you could travel to one place, where would you go?
Who is your role model?
What songs have you been loving lately?
Again thank you so much to Megan for nominating me! Let me know your answers to her questions in the comments!
April Favourites
Thursday, May 05, 2016
Believe it or not, I had never tried anything from the drugstore brand Bourjois until this month, when I decided to pick up one of their blush pots in the shade Rose De Jaspe. The shade range of their blushes is incredible, and the one I chose is a really pretty pink which adds a lovely rosy tint to my cheeks. Their packaging is so cute too so this has been a firm favourite of mine this month.
I also picked up the L'Oreal La Touche Magique concealer this month. So far I have been really enjoying it because I have been looking for a new concealer for a while, and this one is a lot less orange toned than my Bare Minerals one. I have it in the second most lightest shade, which is perfect for covering up blemishes.
Music wise I was lucky enough to go to two concerts in one week, both of which I have done reviews about - The Vamps and 5 Seconds Of Summer. Of course to get me excited for the concerts, I have generally only listened to them this month! They were both incredible live and I enjoyed seeing them so much.
What have you been loving this month?
Beauty Wishlist
Monday, May 02, 2016

There are so many beauty products that other bloggers rave about so much it makes me want to purchase them too. Today I have compiled a list of all the items I lust for!
MAC lipstick - Velvet Teddy
There are many shades of MAC lipstick I would love to own, but if you are also a blogger you've probably already heard of Velvet Teddy. It's the perfect brown toned nude that every blogger that owns it raves about - and it's more brown toned it's very different to anything I own.
NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream
The makeup brand NYX has recently launched in some Boots stores in the UK with great prices and lots of good reviews from bloggers. There are a few products I would love to try from the brand, one of these being their Soft Matte Lip Creams. I've heard so many good reviews and they sound different so I would really like to try one.
Soap And Glory Supercat Eyeliner
I am a total newbie to all things eyeliner, so I would love to try Soap and Glory's Supercat liner because I've heard it's really easy to use. At £6.00 I've heard it's very good for the price so I would love to see what it's like!
MAC Lip Pencil
Recently I have been loving using my Maybelline lip pencil a lot, so I would love to try a MAC one because I have heard such good things about them.
L'Oreal Infalible Sculpt Contour Palette
I have never tried a contour palette but L'Oreal's from their Infalible Sculpt range has received some amazing reviews, as has Rimmel's Sculpting Palette. I would love to try one of these!
Benefit High Beam highlighter
I own a small version of this in a set which is running out so I would love to purchase the full sized version. It's a liquid highlighter and the brush applicator makes it so easy to apply!
The Balm Mary Lou Manizer
Alternatively, instead of Benefit's High Beam I would love to try The Balm's Mary Lou Manizer. Anyone who owns it has said it's their favourite ever highlighter so I would love to see what all the fuss is about!
Have you tried any of these products? I would love to hear your recommendations of what I could add to my wishlist! What beauty products would you love to try?
